Who we are
Event Florist Studio is a professional business application provided by Northlamp Software. The Android application is identified by the package name com.northlampsoftware.eventfloriststudio.

Information stored on your device
The app stores the information you choose to enter—including studio settings, materials, recipes, reusable inventory, events, client contact details, booking notes, payment records, tasks, proposal versions, actual costs and visual proposal images—in the app's private storage on your device. Northlamp Software does not receive this information.

Collection and sharing
Event Florist Studio has no developer-operated account system, cloud sync, analytics service or advertising SDK. Northlamp Software does not collect, sell or share your business, client or device data through the app.

Exports, backups and sharing
Data leaves the app only when you take an explicit action, such as exporting a backup, choosing an image, or sharing a proposal, invoice, report, CSV or PDF through another app or storage provider. Once exported, those files are governed by your choices and by the privacy practices of the destination service. Backups and documents can contain client information, so you should store and share them securely.

Google Play purchases
Google Play processes the optional Pro Lifetime purchase. The app receives purchase status and a purchase token from Google Play to unlock, restore and periodically confirm Pro access. Northlamp Software does not receive your payment-card details. Google processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and deletion
Local information remains on your device until you edit or delete it, replace it by restoring a backup, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Because Northlamp Software does not operate a server containing your app data, there is no remote account or cloud record for us to delete. You control copies that you export to other locations.

Security
The database and purchase cache use Android private app storage. No method of storage is completely risk-free, so protect access to your device, keep Android updated and store exported backups in a secure location.

Children
Event Florist Studio is a professional business tool and is not directed to children. Northlamp Software does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here and, when appropriate, in the app.
